3. Prohibited Conduct

To keep our platform safe and reliable, you must not:

• • Use GrantPal to commit fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent your organisation.
• • Copy, scrape, or harvest data from our Service without written consent.
• • Upload or share any unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene content.
• • Exploit the Service for spam, commercial solicitation, or competitive intelligence gathering.
• • Reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt to access private or restricted parts of our system.
• • Interfere with the Service's operation, integrity, or performance (including security testing or excessive requests).
• • Use AI-generated outputs to create or distribute misleading grant information or applications.

4. AI Use & Responsibility

Our AI features are designed to assist you — not replace your due diligence. By using them, you agree to:

• • Treat all AI-generated summaries and recommendations as informational only;
• • Verify all grant details through original sources before applying;
• • Not use AI-generated content to commit fraud, plagiarism, or misrepresentation;
• • Accept full responsibility for any use of AI-generated information in official or commercial contexts.

5. Security & Confidentiality

We take your data security seriously, and we expect the same from you. You must:

• • Keep your account credentials confidential;
• • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access;
• • Avoid sharing other users' information or internal system data;
• • Not attempt to test or exploit security vulnerabilities without permission.
