3. Prohibited Conduct
To keep our platform safe and reliable, you must not:
- • Use GrantPal to commit fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent your organisation.
- • Copy, scrape, or harvest data from our Service without written consent.
- • Upload or share any unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene content.
- • Exploit the Service for spam, commercial solicitation, or competitive intelligence gathering.
- • Reverse engineer, bypass, or attempt to access private or restricted parts of our system.
- • Interfere with the Service's operation, integrity, or performance (including security testing or excessive requests).
- • Use AI-generated outputs to create or distribute misleading grant information or applications.
4. AI Use & Responsibility
Our AI features are designed to assist you — not replace your due diligence. By using them, you agree to:
- • Treat all AI-generated summaries and recommendations as informational only;
- • Verify all grant details through original sources before applying;
- • Not use AI-generated content to commit fraud, plagiarism, or misrepresentation;
- • Accept full responsibility for any use of AI-generated information in official or commercial contexts.
5. Security & Confidentiality
We take your data security seriously, and we expect the same from you. You must:
- • Keep your account credentials confidential;
- • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access;
- • Avoid sharing other users' information or internal system data;
- • Not attempt to test or exploit security vulnerabilities without permission.
